Pool Mart Return & Refund Policy

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Merchandise must be
unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition and in its original packaging unless otherwise authorized by Pool Mart.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Special-order or custom-order merchandise, installed or used merchandise, clearance or final-sale merchandise,
and products specifically designated as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless otherwise authorized by
Pool Mart.

Special Orders & Deposits

Special orders are non-cancellable once ordered. Deposits are not refundable after 3 days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original form of payment, subject to applicable processing
requirements.
