Pool Mart provides tremendous customer service. I have purchased a Hot Springs SPA and a Radiant Pool over the past few years. Best Customer Service! Whether it's to help clear up the water, fix a pump or answer questions, they are there to help without rushing you. We had a problem with the wall of the pool after a few years. No questions asked, they gave us a new wall. Highly recommend them!

Just recently purchased HotSpring Flair spa. my wife and I love it we use it almost every night. I must say our in store experience was amazing. Brandon who sold us our tub was amazing very professional and courteous. He patiently worked with us while we set it up and made a special trip to our house to help us with an issue we had. I will definitely refer friends and family to your location. Thanks for all your help.
